So...I have a new favorite song called Revolution by Judas Priest on the Album Angel of Retribution.
I was jamming to it the whole time at the gym last night. :) Needless to say I had a great workout and I can feel the soreness starting, tomorrow its going to be full on soreness. Anyway here is the song so that you know what I am talking about.
