Everyone in humanity has their share of bad days, I know I certainly have those days. Yet, there are ten things that always manage to boost my mood.

1. Drinking a nice hot cup of coffee.

2. Watching my favorite Youtube videos.

3. Reading.

4. Getting a great workout at the gym.

5. Sushi and Wine.

6. Talking to  Annabelle or Mabelle on the phone.

7. My nephew Derrik.

8. Shopping.

9. Walking at the park on a nice warm day.

10. Massages.
